This Privacy Policy explains how KushMetaX collects, uses, and shares personal information through KushMetaX websites and tools (“Services”).

What we collect

• Email and salted password hashes for KushMetaX accounts.
• Cookies/session identifiers used to keep you logged in securely.
• Technical diagnostics (approximate IP/country telemetry, timestamps, quotas, error logs) to run and secure the Services.
• Content you voluntarily submit inside features (such as DogiDex entries keyed to your account).

Payments (Paddle)

For Doginal Dogs Plus, Paddle collects payment-related information as Merchant of Record. Their privacy notice and receipts apply to that processing layer. KushMetaX receives limited identifiers (customer/subscription ids, status, email alignment) needed to activate Plus features.

How we use information

To authenticate you, meter rate limits/quota, operate Dex sync storage, troubleshoot outages, deter abuse/fraud proportional to KushMetaX’s role, comply with lawful requests narrowly scoped.

Sharing

We use hosting/logging providers incidental to SaaS delivery. Paddle handles payment resale layer per their notices. Except as required lawfully/KushMetaX contractually necessary, we do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep account rows while your account remains or where reasonable backups/legal holds require.

Your choices

Depending on geography you may exercise access/erasure/objection/portability requests through contact channels referenced on Connect; fulfillment may require validating account ownership safely.

Children

Not directed at individuals under contractual age thresholds; do not sign up children.
