Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment for Doginal Dogs Plus as Merchant of Record — including receipts, invoicing specifics, taxation where applicable, and refund/chargeback handling under Paddle’s merchant policies.

Cancellations. Stop future renewal charges through Paddle’s customer portal (opened from the evaluator via “Manage billing” when logged in).

KushMetaX entitlement. Plus unlock follows Paddle webhook updates; mismatches resolve once Paddle emits final subscription/customer statuses we can trust.

Refund questions. Start with Paddle’s receipt links or reseller support tooling; Paddle’s resolution controls treasury reversal mechanics.
